1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ChainVox, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ChainVox is an anonymous comment board built on the Solana blockchain. Users pay cryptocurrency (USDC) to post comments on rotating daily topics. Comments are written to the Solana blockchain using the SPL Memo Program and are permanent and irreversible.

3. Payment and Transactions

All payments are final and irreversible. Once you send USDC to post a comment or reply, that transaction is recorded on the Solana blockchain and cannot be undone, reversed, or refunded.

• Minimum comment post: $0.00
• Reply cost: $0.00 flat
• All payments go directly to our wallet. No payment processor. No middleman.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have sufficient USDC and SOL (for gas fees) before posting.

4. Moderation and Hidden Comments

Although we may hide comments from view on ChainVox.com, the underlying blockchain transaction remains on the Solana blockchain forever. Your comment will always exist in the ledger, even if we remove it from our site's display.

We use this hiding mechanism to remove content that violates applicable law, harasses other users, or violates our content policies.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens other users
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional content
• Impersonates another person or organization
• Infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Anonymity and Privacy

ChainVox does not require login credentials, email addresses, or personal information. Your comment is posted anonymously, identified only by the last 4 characters of your Solana wallet address.

However, if you use the same wallet to post multiple comments, users can theoretically trace those comments back to that wallet and beyond. We do not provide anonymity technology beyond the wallet address last 4 characters. If you require complete anonymity, you should use a fresh wallet for each comment.

7. Blockchain Permanence

Every comment is written to the Solana blockchain using the SPL Memo Program. This means:

• Your comment becomes part of a permanent, publicly accessible ledger
• The comment cannot be deleted or edited, even by you
• Anyone with access to Solana block explorer tools can view your comment and its associated wallet
• Future technology may be able to de-anonymize wallet addresses

8. No Liability

ChainVox is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to wallet mismanagement or user error
• Hacks, exploits, or security breaches of the Solana network
• Downtime or unavailability of the service
• Consequences of comments you post, including legal liability
• Loss of anonymity or de-anonymization of your identity

9. Intellectual Property

Comments you post become permanently part of the Solana blockchain. By posting, you grant ChainVox and the public a perpetual, irrevocable license to display your comment on our website and in related services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChainVox and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of ChainVox constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
